Chaper 21

 In the 21th and final chapter, Rath encourages everyone to respond with resiliency, He expresses that the way you respond to potential stressors determines the way you will suffer. Rath explains to the reader to use the Push pause before responding, which means take a moment to react before saying anything. He says this because the naturally the human mid instinct is to fight back and respond immediately but you need to fight your mind and bit your tongue to save yourself later 

Chapter 20

 In chapter 20, Rath gives tips to de stress on a daily. These tips include eating, moving and sleeping. This tips are very helpful because they all include very common basic things that everyone does a daily basics anyways. This will help the people that "never have time". Rath wants everyone to keep stress from snowballing, which is to continue to collect over time. Rath also explains that secondhand stress is very common and too not let it effect you. 

Chapter 19

 In Chapter 19, Rath explains the importance of sleeping and if you sleep longer you tend to achieve more. Sleep is very importance and lacking it will only lack more than you will gain. Rath expresses that to improve your odds of a good night sleep. Somethings you can do are stopping using electronic devices before bed, apply the right noise for you and create the environment right for you

Chapter 18

 In chapter 18, learn to walk before you run, Rath encourages the reader to slow down and go at your own pace. Everyone believe that is running is the best option but majority of people running tend to fall before they are have been mastered the skill of walking. Walking could be a number of things but in a whole, you have to learn the step before to properly move on. 

Chapter 17

 In Chapter 17, Rath talks about how to eat your way to a better day. This does not mean that you have eat a lot of food to have a better day. This means you need to eat good foods to ensure that you have a better day. Food is your fuel, you need to fill your tank up just enough to not have to consistently refuel. Rath wants everyone to choose their food wisely.

Chapter 16

 In Chapter 16, Rath encourages everyone to put your own health first. A lot of people including myself are givers and will give you the world on a silver plater at thee expensive of their own happiness, money, and values. But more often then not those people never have someone looking out for you and their best interest because everyone assumes they are fine. Rath expresses the importance of putting your own health first even if it makes you self. 

Chapter 15

 In Chapter 15, Rath encourages everyone to build your own individually cumulative advantage, Rath expresses that everyone that focus on other people shortcoming, they lose confidence in their own abilities. Focusing on people success is like a domino effect and increases sustained increases in your self confidences, including your own. 

Chapter 14

 In Chapter 14, Rath explains to avoid flying solo, which means that you should not be the one to want to ever to be alone. Being alone is one of the leading causing of death in our countries and it can lead to any different things to happen as in depression. schizophrenia and many more. Even when you think that being alone is the right thing for you at the moment, weather it to clear you head or anything like that. Remember to not be alone for that long

Chapter 13

 In Chapter 13, Rath pushes for everyone to out experiences first over anything. This means that you should look back in see what the situation was handled in previous events. Experiencing is living, and being able to look back on previous events is a great tool that mentally is always there.

Chapter 12

 In Chapter 12, Take a break for relationships, Rath pressures everyone to take a break and analyze yourself. make time for relationships, weather they are good or bad relationships, it is still extremely important to have them because network and friendship are two of golden aspects that are needed to have a good life.  

Chapter 11

 In Chapter 11, Rath references back to many chapters before and talks about happiness and that if you let other people define what happiness is to you, "you will enter a contest with no winner". The term happiness is used in the context of mental or emotional states, including positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. It is also used in the context of life satisfaction. This means that happiness is suppose to be done by you not set by someone else

Chapter 10

 In Chapter 10, Rath expresses how important it is as society for everyone to try to be positive for at least 80 percent of the time. Rath explains that this task is very difficult for a lot of people and understands that some people have the inability to be happy but wants everyone to at least listen to one another and say something even if it is not positive to show that you are listening.

Are you fully Charged? Chapter 9

 In Chapter 9, Rath informs the audience that networking with people in life is one of the most important things that you can do not only because it helps shapes the person you are but also because it helps shapes your friends and their friends and their friends. Networking has been found to travel from hundred and even thousands of people, even people you have not even met before. People do not fully realized the effect that they have on people or even in the world. Rath explains that a lot of people greatly underestimate how everyday interactions influence their daily experiences. Rath expresses that everyone you talk to, weather friend or not influences both of your well being. So make the best of every word you speak

Are you fully charged? Chapter 8

 In Chapter 8 Rath, talks about how important giving a little bit of down time included with serious worktime. This is important with people of all ages because your brain is not build to deal with things constantly being thrown at it at a fast rate with different subjects. Allowing your brain to regroup and breathe is very important not only for learning but just for everyday lives. Studies have found that allowing your brain to have a break will allow you to remember more things, understand things quicker because of less things confusing you and all around speeds up the way you think on a daily basis. Rath is understandable the consequences of using this method but the out look is very well compared to the brain of someone that is rushed to learn.
