Are you fully charged? Chapter 4 review

In chapter 4, Rath wants the audience to find a higher calling than just cash to do the things you do on a daily basis, such as your career. People always refer to money when they talk about goals or life in general. I can not fully blame them because I was once the same in many ways. Growing up in a home that was never financially health really effected me as a child. Being the black sheep of the class because I lacked all the things that's the other children had hurt me as a child. My mother would bounce from job to job without any education background other than high school trying to make more money instead of establishing herself with a company. Rath explains that people go through this same cycle everyday and never find very much happiness. People put money before happiness everyday and are very selfish in the process. Companies are done experiments to understand this more and now a lot know that to get the best results is to do group incentives instead of individual ones.
