Are you fully charged? Chapter 3 review

 In chapter 3, the writers explain the importance of ensuring a great workplace and from listening to people and from personal experience, I know that having a good place to come and work comfortably is very important. In my short 18 years, I have had many odd jobs. ranging from fast food, retail and industrial. Participating in these jobs have allowed me to work but many different people of all ages from different walks of life but it has shown me the different types of bosses and the way different organizations treat you. One big aspect that people always forget to add is the different of working for global or local organizations and I can tell you now that their is a huge different from the two. Local organization treat people usually better in the sense that you are not just a number and are easy replaceable but working for local does not always ensure the 401k's or the top of the time benefits that most global organizations can provide. Working in the 21 century is very difficult because you can chose which one you would prefer to be treated as, a number or a person. The difficult aligns in the fact that organizations does not listen to their employees enough and also, do not ensure a person that their needs are important with benefits and that the employee does matter. Organizations, businesses, company etc would not exist without the employees. So treat them like it.
